Why Your Support Matters
PAC is a cornerstone of Sublette County . Welcoming more than ten times our county’s population through its doors each year. But the costs of maintaining this lifeline have risen dramatically, while public funding has not kept pace.
Since 2016, PAC’s operating budget has dropped by nearly 40%, and county rec mill contributions have been cut in half. Utility costs alone have more than doubled. Despite this, PAC continues to provide 80 hours a week of access, serving over 100,000 visits annually.
That gap, between what PAC receives and what it truly costs to operate- is where Friends of PAC steps in.
Your donation helps bridge this gap so PAC can keep offering swim lessons, youth programs, senior fitness, and community events without interruption.
Why Give to Friends of PAC
Every dollar you give helps provide life-saving swim lessons, vital youth programs, and wellness opportunities for those who may not otherwise afford them.
In a community where winters are long, cold, and isolating, Friends of PAC becomes a lifeline — offering sponsorship for movement, mentorship, and belonging when families need it most.

Board Member Story
“PAC isn’t just a pool or a gym. It’s the heartbeat of this valley. As a board member, I see how every dollar raised through Friends of PAC fills a real gap. Without this support, programs that keep kids safe and families connected simply wouldn’t exist.”

“When we moved here, things were tight. My daughter watched her friends go to swim lessons we couldn’t afford — until we found out about the Friends of PAC scholarship. Now she swims every week and walks taller every time she gets out of the pool.”

Place Holder., Pinedale Parent & Youth Scholarship Recipient
Donor Story
“I donate because I’ve seen firsthand what happens when communities lose places like PAC, connection fades. Here, every dollar truly stays local. It keeps kids active, parents supported, and seniors moving. I’m proud to be part of that.”
